“Let me start by saying we spend quite a bit each year on Spring touch services and have never had a reason to complain, until now. Two years ago, we decided we needed help with grub damage at our property and called to see what Spring Touch could do to help us. The package was expensive but we simply didn't have time to fix our grub damaged on our own. The package included grub repair/patching for all noticeable spots, aeration and seeding. That summer we didn't end up going through with the package due to our schedules so we decided to wait until this year. At the end of this summer, I called back to have this same package requoted at the new price because I thought the price would somewhat adjust from the prior year, which it did. The representative found my original quote on file with all of the notes about grubs and simply requoted it at the new price. Even given the increase in price, we decided to go along with it. In September they completed the aeration and seeding but didn't touch the grub spots, which was the entire point of this service. Honestly, I thought they just hadn't completed the job yet and they would come back to work on the grub spots. Then the bill came. I called and explained to the representative that they did not complete the grub repair which was a significant part of the cost of this package. I was told that they would have someone out to our property within the week to meet with me and look at the work that was completed. No one showed or called. When I called a second time, I was told that they were working through a backlog of service calls before it snowed and that they would try to get to us ASAP. Two weeks later, no phone call and it snowed. I then received a voicemail asking me to return their call to discuss. When I finally got ahold of a representative after calling 2 more times, I was told that they wouldn't be coming out to the house this year and that full payment was due regardless. The customer service representative I spoke to was abrasive and laughed at me condescendingly when I told her I was uncomfortable paying for services that were not done. She continued to tell me that if i did not pay the bill in full I would be sent to collections. I even offered to pay for the aeration and seeding that I knew they had completed, but again was told I would be sent to collections. Then as we were talking she told me that Spring Touch doesn't perform grub control services and the package she requoted me earlier in the year said nothing about grub repair. I told her I would never have paid $700 for just aeration and seeding and that i'm confident I was very clear in what work I wanted done. She mentioned that she could pull up the recorded conversations from both sales calls to confirm that I didn't mention grub repair at the time of the quote. I liked this idea! and when I told her that I would like her to do that, she then told me she couldn't find the recordings as too much time had passed, they had been deleted. What I didn't tell her, is that we have cameras all over our property that record, and I have footage of the techs not completing this work. After several minutes of her not caring about what I was saying and making me feel dumb, she said she would look into this more and call me back. I hope she doesn't at this point... she made me cry... as pathetic as that sounds. Needless to say, we have cancelled all of our services to Spring Touch. Please be very careful when hiring Spring Touch to do expensive jobs, we learned our lesson the hard way.”

“We purchased the premier program for one season for about $400. They really struggled to remove the very little weeds we had. I would walk the property with them prior to every application. I would see them spray the spots, but the weeds would continue to thrive. The customer service rep even had me send pictures of the weeds to be sure it was ones they could eliminate. The customer service rep then verified that the weeds were defiantly on their list of weeds they could easily take care of. During the last fertilizer application it was applied shortly after several hours of rain and it down poured within 1 hour after the application. All of the people are very friendly, but what good does that do when your not getting what you pay for.”
