“So disappointed, was customer for years, things were good until they messed up, they burned and killed grass, called them 3 days after application and took 3 weeks before they came to look at the damage, now they're trying to tell me that chemicals washed off rock and killed all grass around landscaping, I've never sprayed rock with anything, so what's there excuse for areas that aren't around rock. Now my yard is damaged and they're are not gonna do anything about it. Thought i was doing the right thing hiring Spring Touch, big mistake. Gonna cost me big to fix. I did notice you have a lot of bad reviews, wish I would've read them first. Cover your back people, don't learn the hard way.”

“Our lawn was looking ragged, so we decided to finally engage a lawn service. We believe in buying local, so I reached out to Spring Touch Lawn Service. That same same day, our first application was put on. The technician noted that the area that was quoted was significantly larger than the area to be treated. We contacted Spring Touch, and told them that there was an error in the calculation of our lawn space. They agreed, and said they would reassess. We did not hear back from them. My husband called again, and they said that they agreed and would process a refund. That was five weeks ago. We just called them today, and supposedly the billing manager has been on vacation. Sarcastically, I’m thinking working for Spring Touch must be great if you get five weeks of vacation? I just simply want my refund…of a few hundred dollars…and maybe the interest accumulated on my credit card because of the significant delay in receiving it? 🤦🏽♀️”
