“We hired Stewart for our home pest inspection and then subsequently to take care of an issue with carpenter bees and birds living in holes in our house. I’m not sure if anything was done about the bees or not - I still come home to wood shavings on my deck and have seen the carpenter bees at work. But honestly this isn’t even my issue. Stewart put down Tanglefoot to repel the birds and came back to fill the holes afterward. The job they did was absolutely unprofessional. The foam they used to fill the holes is all over my deck, side of my house, my wires and electric box. We were told they were going to come back and clean up, and I believe he said paint to match somehow. This never happened. We waited several weeks, and while no one showed up, we did receive our bill in the mail. My boyfriend paid it, because a service was rendered. He mentioned this issue to the woman on the phone and she said this was unacceptable and would be taken care of. A month or so later, here we are. So more contact from Stewart. Super disappointed in the service we received and now we’re going to have to somehow make all of these unsightly patches around our home blend in.”
