All the men are top notch, James has been exceptionally concerned about our property and Jasmin in the office is also great at her job. “Crowing about honesty and a five year guarantee on your website doesn’t make it so. Less than a month after paying $625 and entrances that were supposedly repaired I heard sounds of animals in my attic. I was informed I would owe yet another $150 for another inspection and more yet again for repairs. The attitude of the technician whose work was in question was very haughty, patronizing, and unprofessional. This was the same person who left a rat living under my sofa for a month saying it would somehow leave my home when bait boxes were placed outside. It didn’t. Maybe the first inspection was not so thorough??”
