“I would have given zero stars if possible. We have done business with Titan for 4 years in 2 homes. Used to be a great company until they sold recently. They have gone done the tubes, customer service is non existent and follow up horrendous. They offer a warranty which they no longer back we found scorpions 2 weeks after last service and were told that they would not be able to come out for 2 weeks. Also asked to speak with a manager, no even called.”

“I spent thousands of dollars for termite treatment. They drilled holes in the foundation of my garage without approval. Those holes have now become an entry point for rodents into my home. I never had a rodent problem until now! They sent me a bill for $1000 to fix it! Disgusting business practices.”

“Good Manager ( Jake ) and polite on the first visit. Bad rest of service and office work. I called for wasps in my car and they came next day ( Jake the owner ) sprayed and found 2 nests, said he will finish the Job with the other guy who has more tools in his car, Nathan came Monday sprayed again and still we had the wasps entering the bumper of the car( I had to point to him the other two nests and no other tools was used and recommended that I drive my car to do under the car wash ( with risk of wasps attacking while driving), I did not do that. after a week wasps still there and having fun, called rottler who came and saw the wasps and sprayed the car with three different materials. I called their(Titan) office and canceled their appointment the next day but was surprised with Nathan parked at my drive way and did not even notify us he is coming or knock the door. later I found an email that job was completed and He did not "SEE" wasps and He considered this a visit. good that he did not use google earth to inspect the car and call it a job. called the office and seemed that she forgot to tell him we canceled, even if he did not know it was not proper way to complete the job and call it DONE. The lady in the office did not like the way I was explaining to her why we are not happy with the service and hanged up with threatening tone that she took my information.”
