“I paid over $200 for these guys to come to my house and he shows up with this can. Sprays it around my house and 10 mins later he said he’s done. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY! It’s $23 on Amazon. He lied to my face and said it’s commercial grade and not accessible to the public 🤣”

“We had a very bad experience with Turner Pest Control. They repeatedly missed scheduled service appointments without any notice. Instead of coming on the agreed date, they would show up a day later or whenever they wanted, often during our business hours while customers were dining in the restaurant. We clearly told their technician that chemical spraying cannot be done while guests are eating, which is unsafe and unacceptable for a restaurant. The technician left, but they still sent us a bill for the service that was never performed. I contacted their office multiple times to report these issues. They apologized, but the same problems kept happening again and again. There was no improvement in scheduling, communication, or professionalism. Because of their unreliability, lack of respect for our operating hours, and improper billing, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company to any restaurant or business that requires dependable, professional pest control service.”
