“Had a technician call to say he's on his way for his annual renewal. I told him we sold the home and we do not need the service as we don't own the home. He went and supposedly conducted the service at the property and sent us a bill. BEWARE”

“The company is dishonest about their services. If you decide to cancel, they will send your final bill to a collection agency. I received an email confirming that my account was closed, but I still got contacted by a collection agency regarding the bill. Be cautious about what you sign.”
