“Called Upstate to inquire about removing some groundhogs in my back yard. They arrived at my house with specially made traps within a couple hours. The traps were designed to catch but not harm the animals. Over the next week or so, they caught 3 groundhogs and upon receiving notification from me that they were in the trap, they were very responsive and quickly arrived to remove the animals and reset the traps. They took the animals and relocated them. They were also very informative on when they would be there and ALWAYS showed up on time. VERY Impressed with their services. Prices were also very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Staff who come to the house are professional and polite. My problem is the short notice that is given to homeowners that employees are coming. I often have other engagements that does not allow exterminators access to the inside of my house where the problem exists. I don't understand why the company does not have a regular schedule or be more flexible.”
