“I guess my review will be a bit different than the other reviews. As a first year customer I’m not satisfied at all with West Termite, Pest and Lawn. My only experience with West, other than this one, is paying their fee for a Termite Policy in June 2024. My opinion may be due to one employee, but as their representative that employee can sometimes do severe damage to a company. My experience has been with that one employee via text messages. She text me on MONDAY “telling” me when my inspection would be held. I responded I was not available and therefore my property would not be available. I told her it may be a week or so before I would be available. No response from her until FRIDAY again “telling” me I was scheduled this time for a different date! Again no concern whether I’m available or not! I responded with, “I think it would be better if you coordinated a date with me, the customer, instead of telling me what's convenient for you”. There has been no personal contact! So, this is SATURDAY and still no response except from me which is Cancel my service, I’m done! It seems customer service is a mystery to some who carry that title. That customer is one of many that helps a business pay their salary, and other debt associated with keeping that business healthy. Sometimes a little courteous and attention is required.”
