“I wish I could give this company zero stars. I called about them sending me a texting saying I was serviced but I know they weren’t servicing my yard because the times they came my dogs were outside. So I called to get clarity before I proceed paying for a service I’m no receiving. I stopped all payments as I was told someone would get back to me. They never got back to me and then tried to send my account to collections when all they had to do was provide the service I was paying for which they finally confirmed they weren’t doing. But still want to try and bill me for $1000’s of dollars! Worst company and worst service do not recommend!!!”

“They lock you in for a year. I thought it was only for 6 months but it's a year contract. When you cancel, you have to call them during the last month. They don't have an option to just not renew. Im not sure I'm that happy with the service. We have a ton of spiders in our garage. Also, we had a ton of flying ants once and called for an urgent service. They couldn't come out for a long time. Basically. A waste of money in a scam contract.”

“I have not been this disappointed in a company in a long time. Please do not go under contract with them. And “complimentary” services to fix what they didn’t do in the first place extend your contract - which means you still pay. Which means it is not complimentary. I have complained the entire year throughout my contract with these folks and have impatiently waited until the end of my contract only to be told that they have now extended it two months beyond what I originally agreed to and they have zero willingness honor their original commitment. I will happily tell everyone that I know not to use this company and share the ways in which I feel that they are incredibly deceiving”
