“A-1 helped us "evict" an ADORABLE flying squirrel that thought he was a member of our family. We actually named him "Rupert!" He was almost tame and would interact with us IN our house! We thought he might have at one time been a pet that someone turned loose. They understood our request NOT to kill or harm him in ANY way. Their staff & crew did a thorough assessment of our entire log cabin inside and out. Holes were discovered outside and were patched, filled and sealed. We have been impressed with their service even before they came to our home. Our correspondence has been a refreshing back-and-forth with immediate answers to our questions and constant updates as to what time they would be arriving. That's hard to find nowadays!
