“A-1 Wildlife Removal is top-notch! After calling them and explaining the problem, Bernie came out within an hour and set traps to remove squirrels from our attic. He followed-up later in the day to check the traps. He removed some squirrels and set the traps again to get the remaining critters. Within 24 hours, he captured and removed the whole family of squirrels. He is reasonably priced and let's you know up front the cost, etc. I highly recommend his services if you live in Shorewood or Joliet area. He's so dependable. He doesn't have any flashy website claiming to be the best trapper around, but he is. If you call him, he shows up and gets the job done. Don't be fooled by other companies like Expel Wildlife who claim they're from the area and have several websites claiming they're the best. From first hand experience, they are scammers from Florida. A-1 Wildlife Removal is a local company located in Joliet and owned by Bernie who earns his fees by showing up and getting the job done.”

“Called to inquire about having an animal removed from my attic. The gentleman on the phone began the conversation by stating the location he does not do business at. He asked me where I was from and again said where he does not do business at. I then told him what area in the town I lived in and all of a sudden he was okay with doing business with me. I told him no thank and called someone else. He automatically assumed that I was from a certain area because he could hear in my voice that I was African American. I would not have called the company if they were not able to service my home.”
