“Any time I have a pest issue this is my go-to place! Kevin is awesome at explaining what I need to purchase and how to use it. However, this most recent visit told me all I need to know about the character of Kevin and this business. I came in with a new-to-me problem and when he explained to me what product I needed, it was one I already had on-hand from a previous visit. He then explained to me how to use it for my new-to-me problem and sent me out without any additional product. Most businesses would have still tried to sell you something that you may or may not have needed. I also REALLY appreciated him listening to me about the fact that I didn't feel comfortable placing the chemical on surfaces in my kitchen, and he gave me a WONDERFUL way to work around that. The ants were gone within 24 hours!”
