“The building complex I live in had ongoing rodent issues throughout the interior of the walls, ceilings, and outside perimeter which was very unsettling. Jonathan “MJ” Mann was the Inspector who provided outstanding services. The very first day upon reporting to the property, MJ was very transparent and thoroughly explained the entire process of how he planned to isolate the situation. MJ was also informative regarding the actions going forward to eliminate/exterminate the rodents throughout the inside and outside of the building. MJ frequently visited the property and remained in constant communication with me to ensure everything he put in place was working effectively. After the first day of treating the areas, there were significant changes for the better. The measures MJ put in place made me feel more at ease in which I’m very appreciative. “Retracting my “5 star” review unfortunately due to Prescilla (dispatch). Been a loyal customer of Rick’s for over 3 years now and sent many referrals his way. Prescillas’ always been on and off rude to me on a number of occasions but I disregarded and even was apologetic for no reason at all. I disregarded because Rick did an amazing job. However due to Prescilla, he now lost my business for good. 2 weeks ago I texted her to make an appointment. A few days later I asked to reschedule due to my work schedule. 2 days before my appointment I text to confirm details. She calls me on 3 way with Rick and down talked me in front of him like I was a nobody, saying I rescheduled my appointment MANY times within 2 weeks. When I confronted her about it, she tried to switch it up not to look bad. Had no idea it was a crime to reschedule and she was so irritated about the ONE time! Not to mention how she got him heated over nothing, when I confirmed pricing with Rick from a previous job (charged me directly over the phone - waited for me to confirm Zelle payment), he had the balls to accuse me of paying his employee under the table to do a job because he didn’t believe the pricing. If they kept things in order, they’d have the documentation. (See attached receipt from 2024) (he told me his $125 price for one time service never existed and was always $225, and was “many years ago”) Rick, I hope you rectify the situation according to proof attached. This individual is ruining your business relations .. especially looking at your other reviews”
