“I paid for the pest and rodent treatment. Had them come out to to spray and lay traps and respray our home in Miami. We paid about $1600 and saw no lasting change in our roach problem. Probably went 1 week with reduced roach activity but came back at increased force after a couple of weeks. This service is not worth it. They try to upscale you to get thousands of dollars out of you knowing their treatments do not work and they know you will more than likely no be a long lasting customer. I recommend you find a reputable company with a low monthly plan, they are more likely to stand by their work quality or doing your own pest treatment . I can not recommend this company to anyone unless you have money to waste.”

“This company's Guarantee is Worthless! I don't know how this guy has these many star reviews. He doesn't deserve 1 star. He has horrible customer service and hangs up on you if the conversation is not going his way! DO NOT PAY 400 to get flea service. HE promised to guarantee his work for a 1 year if I kept up spraying with him every other month! Well.... I still have fleas in my yard and now he says that his guarantee is only for the inside. A month later I still have fleas attacking me. Also he uses your own hose water to spray your lawn. He also doesn't take credit card so you can't dispute the charge. You would be better off throwing your money in the garbage.( Response to reply - What you did was hang up on me after I told you that I shouldn't be charged for getting sprayed again since you hadn't fixed the issue in the first place. It hasn't even been a month since your service and there is still no relief. My family or I cant even go in my yard without being attacked by fleas. It's like you never even sprayed.)”
