“Stay away from AAA Assassin. I paid $300 by Zelle upfront for rodent treatment and structural sealing (exclusion). Rick arrived in person and agreed to the job. However, he only did 10% of the work. He reused my old bait boxes and used cheap $27 poison while refusing to seal the entry points. Out of 10 total openings, where most were are covered initially, he only properly addressed one leaving the building vulnerable and the 1-year warranty effectively useless. When I pointed out that the job wasn't finished, he started screaming at me and threatened me with retaliation on my own property. I sent a formal notice for a refund on 12/19 and it was ignored it. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY WITH ZELLE. This is in response to the owner's response. He saw the job he did not say a word about anything. He put poison in 2 apartments out of 5 saying there is no crawl space under others, put poison in existing bait boxes at the back yard and said he will be back in 7 days to cover all openings, showed me videos convincing he is legitimate businessman when I express concern about paying full amount without completion. After 7 days he arrived and it was a whole different picture. All of the sudden it was all changed. It was not a $300 job it was NO JOB at all.”
