“Horrible service, Ive hired this company 3 times now, the rates are not only expensive, but at least one would expect good service and insurance for that price, the first time I hired them, they sent an employee and he did a very thorough job all around the house and even garage, and now the last couple of times, they have skipped the garage, they have skipped the sides of the home, and after approaching them about the issues before the month guarantee expired, they refused to help me with the issue, for the rates they have I would except a better service. I would not recommend them, too expensive and lack of professionalism!”

“I have used ATC for over 5 years, hands down they are the best. Prior to using ATC I was using another local Vendor who is known on a monthly basis and continued to have problems for a home I own in the lower valley. I decided to change due to my frustration and the continued water roaches we would see. Well, on that note we (myself and ATC) decided to treat on a quarterly basis and they also recommended a sewage treatment. Which we did and now my tenant has had no issues. We do this service twice a year along with the spraying inside and out. At my place of residence we are on a yearly schedule. Yes!!! ATC is that good!!!”
