“We live in the country and have had a huge issue with field mice getting into the house. I called this company expecting an enormous fee & contract & to be added to a schedule. That did NOT happen!! I'm not sure the name of the fella (think Tyler) but he assure me on the phone that they've enccounter this issue many times & felt absolutely certain that they eliminate the problem! I was thrilled. Then, he suggested coming down the next day!! What excellent service!! He also explained billing options with, to my surprise, did not require a year or two-year contract!! Whew! I was so relieved! Friendly, professional, excellent service!!”
