“Do not hire this company. I authorized all work from the inspection plus two small additions. This morning, the owner, Jim, left me a voicemail saying that I had to draw up my own plans for the permits because I “knew all the dimensions.” I tried to explain that his inspector had already come out and made changes to the original plans, and that I needed the updated plans and estimates in order to apply for permits. He hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back, the office manager, Renee, answered and said he was aware that Jim had hung up on me but “could not speak about it.” There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. When you hire a company, you should be able to expect basic support, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Renee initially spoke very highly of the company, which made me feel comfortable, but that turned out to be misleading. This business is unprofessional and difficult to work with. I would not recommend them.”
