“We used Attaboy Pest Control for many years after moving into our home. I originally chose them because they also serviced the Itex property apartment complex where I used to work 10–15 years ago. Back then, I was very impressed with how they handled pest issues, so I felt confident using them for our house. At first, their service was effective. However, after we unknowingly brought in German roaches from a used appliance, everything changed. I contacted them for help, and they assured me they could handle the infestation. Despite multiple visits — each of which we paid for — the problem persisted. Unfortunately, their treatments were unsuccessful. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. The owner apparently told their office staff that they would no longer service our home because they had come out several times. This decision was made without explanation or resolution — even though we fulfilled our part by paying every time. I found this response unprofessional and dismissive, especially from a company I had trusted for so long. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Attaboy Pest Control to others.”
