“Lee was a very respectful tech that came and did what was on his schedule. I have no complaints with the tech. I have complaints with the company. Nobody has serviced the inside of my house since the first visit and the oil on his shoes stained the carpeting in my house. I have it as a note on my account that nobody is to arrive at my house without an appointment. Today was the 3rd time someone arrived at my house without an appointment. I called customer service as Lee was finishing the service (as I didn’t realize the noise was coming from my yard until he was almost finished) to ask why he was at my house, confirm the note about appointments must be made to send someone to my house, etc. Lee will confirm as he heard the whole phone conversation that I was never rude or disrespectful, I didn’t raise my voice or cuss. The lady on the other end of the line told me she would not allow me to be disrespectful to her on the phone and then asked if she could continue… my reply was simply “as long as you don’t call me when your company disrespected me and my house.” She also stated they do not follow the rule of must have an appointment if it is an outside only appointment (I have dogs and a young baby at my house). I do not recommend this company to anyone in the Richmond area.”
