“Thursday January 25th would have been my second appointment with this company for basic quarterly pest Management. The first appointment they were late explaining they needed to fill their tanks. I set up the second appointment for 3 months and expected them to call me prior to the 8am appointment. I waited 30 minutes and called David the area supervisor. He texted I will call you back. 2 1/2 hours later he did. Explaining that he couldn't find me in the system and would stop by and take care of it between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bottom line he never showed up and later a service tech Shane called and said he was supposed to service my house butt mixed up the houses and went to the wrong house. This is another 2 hours later and still no service. Shane explained the paperwork got mixed up at the home office in Inverness. He further stated that they came to my house on the 12th and did a partial. That is not true I was here. My gates are locked and no one called me. My best advice would be to avoid this company. Not a good way to do business. Less than one star service.”
