“I unfortunately have to agree with many of the posts here about the unsavory business practices I’ve seen from this company. I refused to continue getting service from Adams because the gentlemen that came out to my home left a complete mess. I spoke with someone on the phone about it and told them I no longer wanted their service in the future. They were pleasant and said okay. Since then, I get phone calls, texts and other communications badgering me, even though I have not gotten further service and DO NOT WANT any service from them. I’m glad others have had good experiences, but there are enough one star reviews here to cause concern.”
