“I've been using this service for 4 years. I am always here to see the inspection. I've just gotten an invoice that service was completed yesterday(without an appointment) and they want payment. I called and she said no one came to my house, but I will be billed because they only do courtesy inspections. Seems like it's their job to inspect everyone's home for prevention purposes. She answered my original post saying she was the owner not the office personnel. I am waiting to receive a copy of the contract I never received previously.”

“Adams performed a one-time termite treatment following the purchase of our property, as required by the mortgage company. They were fine. Later that year, Adams began sending invoices with an amount payable. Customer service informed me, "If you want to continue services, you can just pay the bill." Hmm. I asked them to stop sending these "offers," and mentioned that if an amount wasn't really due, it was disingenuous to present additional services as such. I continued to receive these "bills" monthly over the next eight months. After calling again to find out what was up, I was told they had made a note to stop service, but had not zeroed out my account, so I was still getting invoices reflecting a debt. Apparently, whenever they need business they can simply add a balance to your account and ask for the money? That's a new marketing method.”

“I have been a customer for 2 years now, I called and request for them to come and put some more rat food because I saw one over the weekend. They called me tuesday telling me that they were gonna come today. The technician contacted me and told me he was gonna be earlier than what I expected, and I told him it was fine that no one was gonna be in the house but that I had a dog and he was most definitely going to bark but he wasn’t gonna do more than just bark at him. Later on I received a call from him telling me that my dog didn’t let him go to the backyard and that he had to leave the stuff in the front door that I could put it wherever I need it. I know my dog and I know for a fact he would never do anything to nobody. I just think that if you are afraid of animals then you shouldn’t have a job that requires being around another people animals, because honestly their service is not cheap, and if you are gonna had me do their job then I rather just go to the store and buy it and do it myself.”
