“This place is great. They are very thorough, courteous and have the knowledge to do it right. They tackled red squirrels for us, a notoriously difficult animal to remove and prevent reentry. Mission accomplished. I feel they went the extra mile on service. Highly recommend!”

“There is a significant communication gap between the call center representatives and the on-site technicians. The call center operates as a national service, which can lead to misunderstandings. The technician who was supposed to call before arriving instead showed up unannounced. He mentioned that he thought I didn't have any moles, which was acceptable, but he still proceeded to set traps. I questioned this decision, but as I am not an expert, I felt uncertain. It seems the intention was to charge me, as the traps were never moved, and there was a period of over a week when they didn’t check on them at all. Communication was lacking throughout the process. If it was clear that I no longer had any moles, why were the traps initially set and then left in place? Essentially, the technician brought his equipment over for four weeks and only retrieved it after that time. Would you consider it reasonable to pay someone who simply brings equipment but ultimately does not provide any effective service? Do not recommend.”

“Not a place I would recommend! I have a major black snake problem all over my property, they live under my concrete patio where there’s openings on both sides. They are alongside my house and come into my garage. After the first hour, one was caught (not shocked because I know I’ve seen 4 different ones), however after that they started going through the gaps and went to the other side. We called and stated this, and that I also saw another in my garage and wanted the attic checked (the gentleman even stated when he got more time he would come out and check my attic). After the first 2 visits I stopped receiving email updates after visits. $500 later, only 3 sticky traps were set, one snake removed, and I don’t even know if the repellent was put out. I don’t even feel confident or comfortable for my 1 year old and 3 year old to play in our fenced in yard.”
