“Most of these 5 star reviews are from 2+ years ago and I am not sure if something has changed with the company or with management since then, but would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your money. My technician for routine pest control did an acceptable job when I was there to supervise, but this past time I wasn’t home and I saw on my cameras that he was there for all of 9 minutes, including the time it took him to walk back and forth to the truck. Half-heartedly sprayed the perimeter of the house and walked to the backyard for less than 2 minutes. The invoice stated he “walked the entire perimeter of the home, 10 foot barrier, windows, doors, and other penetrations. Also walked front and back yard looking for ants. Treatment was target for ants, spiders, and other household insects.” I can say for a fact he did not walk the yard looking for ants. I also don’t care how good you are at your job, you aren’t doing all that in 9 minutes. Even if you are, you aren’t doing it very thoroughly, which is my main complaint. My friend had the same technician and has noticed the same issue, so it’s not an isolated incident. To top it all off, when I called to let them know, and ultimately cancel the service, the receptionist was more interested in telling me about her sinus infection than hearing what I had to say. Steer clear, and get someone who cares about the work they do and the people they serve. Edit: In response to the owner’s response, I very clearly was not happy with my service, since I promptly called to cancel a day or two after it occurred. And while the amount of time spent is not always indicative of a job well done, once again, I stated in my original review that the job was not done thoroughly and that was my main concern. What I was charged for on the invoice was not what was done, and I have proof of that. This was for regular routine pest control and occurred 1-2 weeks ago, so no, my house is not infested with bugs. That does not mean an issue won’t arise in the future, but I would rather find a company I can rely on to do the job right the first time. Integrity is who you are when you think no one is watching. If this is a business model you want to stand behind, be my guest. I apologize if you didn’t like what I had to say.”
