If anyone cared to make this right I would have my money, I do not. So yea there is nothing noble about the sentiment. And clearly because I didn’t press the issue the money wasn’t a concern. I wish I could have added a poor customer service tag cause this disrespect goes well beyond that $99. At the end of the day, the way I was ignored for weeks after sending two reminders speaks for itself as well. You and your employee didn’t care for my tinted business, you should probably just say that. My money is still green though and it spent well elsewhere. At this point, I don’t understand why our payment for the free inspection has not been refunded, nor what there is to discuss given we no longer have an active service request. Again Resolve Pest Control didn't give me these kinds of problems, I would recommend them any day. ******************************************************************* Jamey initially returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the first service. However, I was charged $99 for an inspection, despite the website clearly stating that inspections are free. At the time, I didn’t realize the discrepancy, but it didn’t become a real issue until my actual service was never scheduled. The $99 was supposed to be credited toward the service balance. After waiting for over a month, I reached out again, as we were finally ready for the service. Despite sending messages on 5/19, 5/21, and 5/23, Jamey read my 5/23 message but never responded. This lack of communication was disappointing. I would rate Affordable Pest Control a negative 5 if it were possible. I wouldn’t reach out to them again, but I highly recommend Resolve Pest Control. They provided an exceptional experience, and their customer service is top-notch! If you need pest control, take your business there instead and tell them I sent you. I promise you won't be disappointed.”
