In less than 5 minutes a technician called me. In less than 10 minutes he was at my door. I was given a clean inspection in under 40 minutes. My tech was knowledgeable, professional, grat conversationalist. This could have been a dire medical emergency had they been it taken a few days as it does with National Corporatons.There is something to be said about homegrown values, integrity and decency. They were able to take my veteran status and the situation giving this call out an urgency that one loses when dealing with any corporate giant.
