He took the time to thoroughly inspect my crawlspace, for any issues. When he came back out, he showed me pictures of his findings and explained everything in detail. He walked me through the type of pesticide they use, the treatment process, and the cost—no surprises, just clear and honest communication. I scheduled the treatment for two days later, and everything went smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. “I called on Wednesday because I have a bed infestation. They are literally coming through the cracks in my front door and my oven exhaust. I have a lifelong phobia of bees and wasps. I was told someone would be out the next day between 9:30-10:00. They never showed up and no one answered the phone. I even went by their office. Two days later and no one had called me back, and no one answers the phone. I had explained that I had been living in fear and terror every day for a week because of the bees. Ended up having to go to a motel. This company is completely unreliable and inconsiderate!!! Please, don’t waste your precious time on this company.”
