“I used to be an Alexander Exterminating customer. When they sold to Rocket, they stopped calling me to make appointments and just send someone out randomly. They don’t ask if that day is good for us they just send someone out. This is a perfect example of a big company swallowing a small company and making the service worse. I told the tech who came to my house (who was awesome and apologized. I can tell he’s not happy with the changes) to take me off their list as a customer.”
