“I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a rude human being on the other side of a phone for a business IN MY LIFE. I called to see if I could extend my current service (which they raised regularly approximately $5 about every 6 months). I got a woman on the phone who put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and said, I’m calling back because you hung on me. The next thing out of their mouth is, “well it wasn’t me! I just got here from a doctors appointment so you have me confused! It wasn’t me.” I said it was your business, but since you’re so rude cancel my service right now. All I got was constant rudeness to the point where I almost lost it with this woman. The constant put on holds. Trying to get a service change and they constantly sending me to a phone service who has to take my information so someone else can reach 90% of the time I call them. Not to mention the inconsistencies in what the men say when they come to service (1 won’t go into the attic if it’s hot but will service my deck. Another will go in the attic but will but has been told they do not service attached structures to my building. Yes the same deck the other person’s service. I am done! With the amount they have increased their price, you’d think they would get better help answering their phones and get their service whole on the same page of what their company’s policies are. Over it!”
