“I appreciate the quick response your company had to my initial inquiry. Your technicians have since taken care of our issue. Which we a glad about. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I don't like it when someone tells me one thing at the onset to sell me on the service and then when I repeatedly ask when it will be done you send the original man back out to claim he never said that and that "I " must have misunderstood him.
