“Great service. Very personable and knowledgeable people. Kathy answered my calls and questions. Bill, the boss, overheard my onslaught of questions, took the phone, and answered them too. I was given a time slot of 12-2pm (I misunderstood that it would be done by 2, but it was a 2 hour window when they would show up). Johnny came by and he took his time to survey the place before spraying it down. Talking me through it as he went. Only thing I had to move was the couch so he could spray the wall behind it. Otherwise all our furniture stayed in place. He sprayed the inside and outside perimeters. Gave me a heads up that there may be more bugs 1-2 days after the treatment, and to monitor the situation. Mentioned other options for maintenance pricing if the bugs come back (given the hot humid weather now, and our lawn), we can have them over once every 1-2 months. I will def consider it. Hopefully they do a good enough of a job so we can only do 1-2 treatments a summer.”
