“My family and I have been a customer for many years! I received a bill and called to see what the service was for. I pay for inside and out. My cameras didn't detect any person on that date. I was told that they only sprayed outside because I was not there. I have contacts and statements stating they are to contact my neighbour when they are coming, and it has been that practice since I became responsible for the billing since 2017. All of their workers no that and have been contacting my neighbour for years, and the office has called him to be sure they can get in. When I tried to discuss with the lady that answered the phone, she was very rude and basically called me a liar! I don't appreciate that! They also raised the price, and now less service. Then the lady said she would be glad to cancel my contract! So cancel it!! Someone needs to apologise to me!”
