“Who knew 4 weeks ago that having some flooring replaced in my home would lead where it did. I am so grateful for All Things Exterminators, (Robert, Adam, & Donnell). The customer care and service provided is simply amazing, professional, and their expertise in the field of all things that creeps, crawls and slithers (shall we say a few snake skins were found in my attic & crawl space). They showed up the same day of my call, they continued to show up each time they promised! Along with all the buggy parts of the job, probably the best for me was their knowledge and treatment of water issues I had under my house that is now better protected with a dehumidification system. The twists and turns in my journey were not over, I needed an electrician to install the power for the dehumidifier. Bilo Electric and Chase and Crew to the rescue! Then there was the need for sheetrock repair and painting, J & W Painters, Erick and Crew to the rescue! I can't properly express the professionalism as well as work ethic of every single person that has helped me during this time. I mentioned earlier that CARE was in the Customer service manual they all must have learned. I am happy to support small local business like these everyday. I would be remiss if I did not mention costs...my husband was a contractor before his death last year, none of these companies costs are out of line for the value of services provided. I plan to be a customer now and into the future with All Things Exterminators.
