“I received a voicemail from this company stating they had purchased my contact from my current provider and that they would now be servicing my property. I assumed it was an erroneous phone call because I was still doing business with my current provider. Before I could call them back, they showed up at my vacation rental property without an appointment. I had guests staying at that time! They are lucky my guests were out of the house when they showed up! Terrible business practice and I’m not sure what kind of stunt they are trying to pull in trying to mislead people into thinking their service provider has changed.”

They treat us with respect, are happy to help us if we have questions, and let us know we’re always appreciated. They are very courteous and professional. We have frequent meetings where we discuss avenues for improvement and how to continue being a successful pest control company. Hard work and motivation, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction are all recognized. If any of these qualities are lacking, then it will be addressed and corrected.
