“My problem hasn't gotten any better. I didn't renew my service and then received a bill in the mail. I prepaid for 4 months in advance, they skipped a month because my tech was sick ( totally understandable). The employees are amazingly nice people, but I'm $300 in an no difference.”

“They came on my property without my permission. They drilled holes all around my porch and dug a trench around the house without notifying me of what they were going to do. They did not wait for me to call back after initiating a service call to schedule when I’m available. They also destroyed my flowerbeds and then tried to gaslight me and tell me it wasn’t destroyed. Don’t ever use them for anything. Then when I call to air my grievance they accuse me of cancelling my policy which I most certainly did not do. But I certainly will not renew or recommend to anyone.”
