“I would highly advise that you steer away from this company. They do the bare minimum and will charge you hundreds to do services that you could do yourself (I.e. lay down traps, point out rodent entry points). My rodent problem got worse the longer I used them and when asked what they could do to help, my assigned inspector just said they don’t do more than act as advisors. There’s many other exterminator companies in New Orleans, I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere than working with this company.”
