“A post on behalf of Richard Montana This is a formal complaint regarding the unsatisfactory job you performed on April 7th 2020. literally the worst experience we’ve ever had paying someone to do nothing to solve the problems of the bee infestation. The bees are still swarming around my house, and we have resorted to hire another contractor. We would like to request a full refund of $275.00. I hope your concern of the situation will make it possible for you to resolve it without any further action on my part. Otherwise I will report you to the BBB and give the worst review on Yelp. “Toxic chemicals used. Saw a critter even after 2 treatments. Absolute disregard for personal items by the personnel. The chemicals were sprayed on everything indiscriminately including inside my suitcase. The smell never goes away and causes uneasiness in breath. Charged $545 for hardly a 20 minute job. Do not use this service. Instead search for a non-toxic or an integrated pest management solution.”

“We had Al come out to treat for bed bugs. DO NOT use him. He is not a huge company, it is just him. He is not licensed, and it's illegal for him to use the chemicals he used without one. He didn't even verify if we had bedbugs just had us leave. I drove back around less than 45minutes later and he was gone. Ummm ok odd. I asked him for his bond and license # again and he told me it's none of my business. Whatever he sprayed, the chemicals have made everyone in my house sick, especially my twins who are 6. I contacted the pest control licence board told them what happened. The website he set up to make look legit is no longer up, he shut it all down. I cancelled my check and luckily saved myself from him stealing from me. I am going to be taking legal action now. DO NOT USE THIS GUY”
