“I have used Ameritech off and on for years. This last year they have blown up my phone several times a day but never leave a message. When i did finally have a chance to answer I asked them to stop calling and I would call them when I could afford the service. That didn’t stop the calls. Then 2 weeks ago a man named Keith called and I asked him again to stop calling so much and I will call when I need the service. He said, “Well its been a year.” I told him again that I will call when I can. He said okay I will take your name off. Well, 2 weeks later he called me again. And again I was at work. I didn’t answer, so an hour later they called AGAIN! I answered and it was Keith AGAIN! I of course was very upset because my requests to stop calling me had not ceased. I told him that I had asked him not to call and let me call them. I told him they call 50 million times a day and that’s disturbing for my work. He said, “The machine will only let me call 3 times.” My response was so I have asked you to stop! He gave the rudest sigh and ugh and said fine I will take your number off…to which I asked why that was a problem since he so rudely sighed and said ugh. From there he only got condescending even ending the call with God bless you in a rude manner. This is terrible customer service and definitely doesn’t make me want to give any kind of money to them when I can afford it! Thanks for harassing me and making me feel bad Keith! Sorry Ameritech that my mom died and I have been struggling to make ends meat and cant afford your services! Smh.”
