“We were housesitting a family member’s House for two weeks. On Thursday the pool cleaning was scheduled. The pool cleaning service lady showed up and started cleaning the filter and everything related to her job. While she was cleaning the pool; she approached us and started a conversation with us to explain, in a very aggressive way, the importance of the pool pump system. My wife tried to explain that we knew the system. Immediately the pool service lady shut down my wife and continued with her agenda . That’s when I interrupted and ask the lady to leave us alone . She had already finished her job and was ready to leave and she then had another out burst . This out burst was threatening us with calling the owner and she would discontinue services at that residence . Her treatment was so insulting and condescending what we had to witness . The company should retrain and monitor their employees and make sure they qualify to confront people/customers in an acceptable manner. This review is only based on that pool cleaning lady and not other services provided.”
