“The reason I initially called was for a millipede issue (which is still ongoing.) All three people who came to my home (initial eval, 1sr service, and re-do of first service,) asked me where I was seeing the mice. I had no mouse issues. There seemed to be no communication or concern for the actual issue I was experiencing. Also, my home is quite tall (which was noted in my in person eval/ home visit,) but rather than making arrangements for the techs to reach the high areas, they just skipped over the high levels. The two techs they sent out were very friendly, but the communication from the office and levels above them was very poor. I cancelled my service a month after signing with them and swallowed the $500 sign on fee :/”
