“Matthew M. was great! My husband and I have used American Pest Solutions for the past 5 years and have an issue with mice in our basement. Matt was the first technician who noticed that mice tend to stay in one particular area of our basement… and found out why! He found an opening that mice had easy access into our house. It was pretty well hidden, so unless someone really investigated it would have been difficult to notice. Matt is the only technician who looked into this. He patched everything up so hopefully mice do not come back inside. I was thoroughly impressed that he cared enough to want to find out why mice would only stay on one side of our basement. Thank you, Matt! His professionalism definitely deserves a raise.”
