“I had been a long term customer for over 25 years for termite control. I had them come by for ant control and the ants were back in less than 30 days. They were going to charge me 85 dollars to treat again. I said no and that I would have to reconsider my long term issues. I still had a termite control contract in place for 6 more week and had NEVER been late with a payment. They called back in a few minutes and said they were taking their termite traps back. I said not at that time, we had a contract. They CALLED THE POLICE and had them respond to my house. At that time the police tried to force me to allow the Arab tech on my property to remove the traps that I still had under contract. After a long argument, they left. I wouldn't let them on my property. Told them to make an appointment to come pick up their gear, after they reimbursed me for the time left on the contract. I did not hear from them further until last week when they sent me a bill for renewal. How RIDICULOUS! If you want to experience HORRIBLE SERVICE, this would be the place to go.”
