“I left a message Sunday evening and I rec'd a call back Monday morning! I left messages with MANY(16) other companies - only one other called back and they don't service my area. Equally important were the 2 reps of the company - Kendrick Buckley (State Certified Inspector) was our introduction to Arizona Pest Control and he was personable, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. He did not pressure us at all. I was still extremely upset over seeing a mouse the day before and he was calming yet not patronizing as some people get with us older folks. He explained the process and when it could start and we were so impressed with him and the information that we signed a contract. The next employee was Todd and he was so kind and assuring as he explained how and where he would set traps. This young man was also professional and patient. Neither one of these employees made me feel ridiculous or inferred my anxiety was misplaced and I am so very grateful!
