“There is no way of knowing if they will be nice upfront and then yell at you because they got it wrong or if they will pay attention and do their job correctly. 🤷♀️ On the front end, Bobby was very nice, professional and seemed to have his business in order. But when the day of the appointment came, he sent his company out with the wrong impression of what needed to be done. I just had a devastating loss in my family and I’m far from being in the mood to fight. So when Bobby wanted to talk over me and raise his voice, trying to claim that I’m the one who told him wrong and it’s my fault, I just hung up. Needless to say, he forever lost my business. Unprofessional to say the least. I’m glad we caught it before we owed him anything. We are gladly doing business with another local company instead.”
