“Armstrong told me they would call when they were close, I waited all day and at 3pm I called them to check on how much longer it would be. I was told they were behind and it would be awhile. I waited until 8pm and never received a call. I called the office the next morning and I was told they had come to my house and determined my roof was too steep so they couldn’t do the job, they never called me to discuss or actually look at the wasp nest. Beartooth pest control came over and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes. I am leaving this poor review because I felt my time was not respected, and they never took a minute to actually look at the situation or discuss it with me.”
