“Had a good experience to start. I was told everything was going to be covered on the outside of the house (original issue was rats coming from a creek in my backyard). I called last year about carpenter bees and was told they weren’t covered. I told them i was going to cancel and now they were magically included. Now I called for an opossum problem on the side of my house in my garbage and they told me they don’t cover wild life. I suggest another company that actually follows through with what their salesman say. Very disappointed.”

They refuse to admit when there are clear droppings or signs of activity. We have used them for six months and our problem has only got worse. Total waste of money.
