“Paul Washington appeared to do a good job of doing my periodic pest control service. He was professional yet personable. He came on time and completed his work in a timely fashion. The one thing I would have to say is a need for improvement is under "Conditions" on the report. It states "Dense vegetation or plants touching home" which doesn't tell me much. At the bottom is "See additional details and images". When I click on that, there is no additional information. So how am I to address whatever might be touching the house without further details?”
