“Seven months ago we had Atlantic Pest Control here for the first time. I first gave a glowing Google review. We were promised a 9 month guarantee of service. Then it all turned awful. Since that time, this has become the worst, most unprofessional vendor of any type we have EVER used—hands down. Four no-shows for follow-up, wasting days of our work time waiting for him; always with some excuse that “is not his fault” and a sob story of taking over the business from his father. Most of the time he won’t answer the phone nor return messages—over the course of MANY months. We will be filing a legal claim against him to recoup the money paid for services and the supposed 9 month guarantee. We will also include lost wages for all the no-shows. Do NOT use this company. Spare yourselves the grief.”
