“They always come when called, usually the very next day. We had them once to take care of a bat problem in the attic. (Don't go with somebody else who is cheaper, because if the exclusion work is done improperly, the entire nest could panic and come down into your living space. Use a company like this one that knows what they are doing.) Thankfully, the bats have not returned, but we have had to use this same firm to take care of a host of wildlife species besieging our home. So far, so good.”

“*Excellent* service! I cannot say enough good things about Bats R Us. I had an animal, which I thought was a squirrel, caught in my chimney and called many different businesses on a Saturday trying to get into contact with someone that could help with removal. Within two hours, Gill and Dustin were at my house and captured what turned out to be a bird stuck in the chimney. Both gentlemen were courteous, polite and took every precaution to make sure both the animal and I were safe. Would highly recommend calling Bats R Us if you ever need help!”
