“Our Company Manages multiple properties in the Houston area. I was in need of a quick turnaround for extermination service on one of our properties. I looked up exterminators in Crosby and Baywood was one of them. I thought I would be making a lot of phone calls trying to get service. Baywood picked up the phone on the second ring with an ACTUAL HUMAN. The woman I spoke to was super nice and even though it was 10 minutes before they closed she booked an appointment for the following morning at 9AM at a very reasonable price. I was shocked. The next morning the technician, Ms. Carmen, showed up 15 minuets early and explained the entire process to both myself and the tenant and completed the service in record time. The tenant was concerned about having her kids around during the treatment and Carmen put her mind at ease explaining all the chemicals and were they would be placed to ensure that there was no danger to the children. Ms Carmen was done quickly and even offered us a 3 month warranty to ensure we had no more problems at no extra charge. In this rental business it is not often that you come across a company that is fair, reasonable, on time, and stands by their work. AND have technicians like Ms Carmen who actually care about the customer. We will be using Ms Carmen and Baywood from now on on all of our properties. Great People and Great Service.”

“I called Baywood after reading positive reviews from people in the neighborhood. The termite swarms had started and there was a spot in my house that had me concerned. I called to schedule a termite inspection. They had me on their schedule in a couple of days. Lucky for me, Carmen was the person who came out to see us. Unfortunately for me, she found termites. I walked with her during her inspection. She is very knowledgeable about these little evil critters. She explained how the treatment works and how she would do it. We went ahead with treatment. She rearranged her schedule so she could do the treatment sooner rather than two weeks later, which is what her schedule was showing. She came out and trenched around the whole house and sprayed everywhere. We even had her do a fire ant treatment on the entire yard because the ants (at least in our yard) are horrible. We’ve only lived here for about 8 months and there are always several ant mounds in the yard. She explained their guarantee and what we will do to extend the guarantee after the year is up. Needless to say, we are very happy with the job Carmen has done for us. Now we just sit back and let the termites and ants die! Don’t hesitate to call them. No sales pressure whatsoever.
