“I called early Saturday afternoon. The Website said they were open . No one answered. I didn’t leave a message to call me back. I then contacted another exterminator. He answered and I told him about our concern. On Sunday a person from Bed Bug Guys called me. I told him we are looking into the problem. He then said “what’s going on?” I told him since you didn’t answer I contacted another exterminator and if we do anything, it will be with them. The man from Bed Bugs Guys then said, “Good for you. Thanks for being a Dick” That was the end of the telephone conversation.”
