When there was a change in plans, she let me know that and why. Very responsive and responsible. Plus, she REALLY knows her bees. (It's a process, not an extraction!) It took about a week in total with her stopping by to checking things and with fewer and fewer bees showing up after the hive was moved. Finally, there were no more bees coming in, so then the hole was repaired and sealed. Her repair of the stucco is better than I've seen anywhere.
