“Worst experience ever! This company was recommended for a termite inspection. I was hopeful to use them moving forward for pest and termite control. Communication during the inspection process was so horrible and unprofessional that I will be looking for another company to service my home. Staff that answer the phone lines are always polite and friendly. Eager to assist. It’s when issues are forwarded to upper management that the ball is dropped. I spoke with 3 different individuals before the situation was somewhat resolved to my satisfaction. At that point, I gave up. Very disappointed in the quality of service and the way I was blindsided towards the end of the process.”
