“It looks as if I am just about to confirm their scheduling issues. Scheduled an appointment 10 days out, and I live outside of town (30 miles). Took the morning off of work to wait for them, and they called 15 mins before scheduled appt. The expectation was that I add 60 additional miles to my daily commute, and take more time off work to accommodate their error. I will never beg or jump through hoops to give a contractor my money. If you don't want my business that's okay someone else does. Sad thing is if they would have even called the day before I would have been happy to reschedule because I wanted a local company but they proved customer service is not a priority to them.”
