“They were supposed to show at 12:00pm today. It is now 1:28pm and still no call no show and no one answers the phone. My husband said she was rude when he verified the appointment yesterday. We have used them for years but have noticed a decline in their service. Don’t bother. Use a company that has good customer service and actually shows up for the job. These peeps don’t need the work or the money. We called another pest company-they have already been here, sprayed inside and out and just left. Still waiting on Best Pest to call or show up. @1:32pm”
